I can't run, so I walk every day! Average over 10,000 steps per year! This is down from last year, but I will not quit walking!

It is great that you are running!👏 I am very bad at exercise, but I walk because walking does not require technique. 🤣 I try to keep my average speed at 5-6 km and walk without stopping as much as possible.
