Went through this YC checklist for Bountycaster:

- MVP launched in 1 month
- Farcaster users want bounties. Still exploring other categories & Twitter
- doing things that don't scale (e.g. fulfilling bounties ourselves to help meet demand)
- *need to be better about 90/10 solution, maybe stretched too thin on categories outside of bounties, need to be decisive if too early/distracting*
- found early customers who love our product
- feels Bountycaster is put together with duct tape all the time with just the 2 of us
- @pirosb3 ships output of 2-3 engineers with AI, talk to users constantly thanks to Farcaster
- haven't raised yet, deep sense of responsibility if we take capital
- feel we are at the stage where we can focus on growth
- team size of 2
- some less relevant since not doing enterprise deals
- 2 conferences per year to connect with users & potential users (FarCon + Devcon)
- cofounder sync daily with 1:1 checkin weekly
- don't care about competitors
- prioritized being nice, sleep and exercise

Agree with all your takes. 

imo the "all startups are badly broken at some point" goes beyond feeling like it's held with duct tape (things can feel more like a series of crises at times, I'm sure you've felt this before though).

Excited to see what comes out of the 90/10 thinking.
