Is it harder to get a power badge for long-standing accounts that have yet to get one than it is for new accounts?

The core of the network is English speaking. Pretty hard game to play if you don't speak English unfortunately.

I expect as the network scales other clients to cater to international users.

Nah I just joined in April and got one in about two weeks (completely cold start). It's definitely possible for the later FIDs.

seems like the only way to really get one was to be an early FID number
