Run a mile or more every day no matter what.

Sing to/with 2yo all the time

Feel no pressure to conform to in-group prestige norms, e.g. don't drink coffee or alcohol, have never done any kind of drugs, play Go rather than chess, don't really know how poker works.

Much more principle-driven than goal-driven, though dogged to achieve if I do set a goal.
