Some $ goals with Bountycaster. Revenue (not counting airdrops or grants) covers:

- expenses w/o salaries (done)

- expenses with 1 salary (~75% there)

- expenses with 2 salaries (next goal)

No plans to fundraise or hire until we hit these (feel good about reaching). Goal is making sure we can be sustainable first

Co-founder @bountycaster (bountycaster.xyz). Co-producer @ethereumfilm. Previously co-founder of Scalar Capital and product at Coinbase

Just taking a stab at it from observing on the outside. 

I'd guess the job board covers the biggest chunk, with smaller bits filled in by hypersub and post-bounty contributions.

Curious to see how close/far I am.

Intention is for job board to be the biggest chunk (following Craigslist playbook, not yet though but it's a more recent push)
