I’m on boat! The “Pirate Ships” at Lake Ashi might feel out of place, but they are a quintessential experience when you go to Hakone. The lake is about 15 miles long so walking is not an option.  Upgrade your ticket so you can have the captain’s view. 

If you are very lucky, you’ll get a glimpse of Mt. Fuji on a clear day!
