I actually do feel like it's hardened me up a bit π Still a toss-up whether I prefer this kind of heat to 100F+ summer heat in SoCal

This is much like summers here in Toronto. At least half the summer days get pretty hot and humid. (Winters are different π₯Ά .) In theory, the dry heat of SoCal should be easier to run in, since it allows your sweat to condense into the air and help cool you down -- when it's humid, there is already so much moisture in the air that your sweat basically just sits on your skin and clothes... π₯΅
