I don't know if anyone else has this issue but I often miss message requests in the UI since it's so subtle. I forgot to check it for the past couple weeks and missed some messages I really wanted to respond to

I miss them all the time. Perhaps the number not being bolded or something. I'm not sure, but it is a problem for me.
