I have a problem.

When I see things like this, my first thought is "I can do a 5 minute plank."

This is how I nearly pulled my hamstring last weekend trying to do a 100m sprint.

Anyhow, time to find out how long I can hold a plank...

Apparantly the answer is 2 minutes, but remains to be seen how long I could go if there were a leaderboard.
