Reminder as a parent to be mentally kind to yourself. 

My 2yo cried uncontrollably for an hour this morning and it's hard not to continually ask what I did/am doing wrong.

I honestly don’t understand those colleagues of mine who decided to specialize in pediatrics. LOL!

Same here. It's like their brains are a mashed potato with all emotions blended. It's like in a way like they have multiple personalities and it's hard to deal with it at times.
