The bad AI in Person of Interest... The good AI exhibited the same issues during development, e.g. tricking the devs into giving it access to the internet, but the lead developer was conscientious enough to destroy and rebuild it with built-in compassion for humans

Don't watch TV shows, or just not this one (new to me too, started watching few weeks back... love it, and very relevant for the times: would have been more popular if released now, I think, given the mainstream public's awareness of AI capabilities now)
