I think my single greatest regret / learning from being a first-time founder, is doing it solo. If I ever decide to start a new company or run a business, I would want 1 or maybe 2 co-founders. Anyone else feel the same way?

100%! I’m curious on your experience, what was the hardest part/what makes you have this perspective now?

I realized/learned how god-awful I am at paperwork, at organization, at people management, etc. I'm good at being the face of the company, marketing, brand building, community building, vision stuff, etc. I'm really bad at making the company get stuff done efficiently. And it's REALLY hard to hire for that role imo.

I feel that! Yea finding someone to fill that role with the necessary level of buy in and motivation as an employee without real skin in the game is very very hard especially in the early days

That's what we are missing (marketing & brand) on this venture. My co-founder is amazing. And we've realized how much we need that other pillar of outreach, content, and messaging.
