and the beauty in all this is it doesn’t have to make sense to anybody else. Why explain yourself, when self satisfaction and the mutual love-bond with the Creator is the only thing that matters at the end, if you decide so? Alas that’s where everyone falls prey. Justifying themselves and their actions as if the life they’re living isn’t their to explore but rather onto others to direct. Direct your own movie and write your own script, or someone else will. And you better be aware that someone else has your very best interest at heart…because regardless theirs is always first, for when it stops beating you’ll stop beating yourself up, for realizing there’s been only One observer that matters all along.

i have a “zip” theory for this: if you do life right, you should get a feeling that you’re zipping through a bunch of things smoothly from your death bed. Every single event in your life leading to any sort of creative act would’ve been part of a bigger web that you’ve been mindfully netting all along. The satisfaction that should come from that would make life well worth it pain and suffering included, as any one of such events would’ve ideally led to the “zip” conclusion at the very end.

to avoid distractions create alignment. Alignment between the created thing and bigger themes in our lives. Creations that don’t belong to a forest ecosystem die and go extinct fast, and are a waste of universal energy at the grand scheme of things—don’t let your creations be like that. Have them cohabitate with other creations and creatures that can pull them up over time.

don’t get attached to the outcome either. That’s hell on earth; the more attachment you create the less bond you’ll have. It’s like gravity but in reverse; and behaves closer to slime. Just do it for the love of letting it out there, and forget about it.

and don’t spend that much time polishing it, for that you risk getting stuck imagining a bigger outcome that shall never see the light of day. We’ve all been guilty of shelving ideas because the planning takes over and the seeds end up molding.

i recorded and produced and published five youtube 30min+ unscripted videos over the past 48h, and that’s been both more rewarding to make, more enjoyable to consume after, and easier to execute. sometimes we gotta go against the grain to find the thing that resonates best for the creative juices within.
