there are obvious use cases for AI book summaries, but i do think there’s something lost when we reduce books down in this way there’s a huge difference between knowing what a book says and letting a book speak to you

many non fiction books could be blog posts due to page bloat for publishers But also, most large fiction and epics should be experienced, not summarized I think most books will diverge down one of the 2 paths
