How do you feel? What's been the most surprising realization doing this?

I don't think there has been anything really surprising. I've done 60 hour water only fast and a week phone free before, just never together. But combining them doesn't change much. Most stark reminder is how much longer a day feels without a phone in it. Besides that, I'm really looking forward to dinner tomorrow.

60 hour water fast is pretty hardcore! I feel like I'd start hallucinating at that point lol
