-  slack is my primary social now - trying to keep an eye on the trenches
- so much to learn, so many ideas to build
- grateful for my builder experience - it keeps me curious & hungry
- my team’s amazing, they keep answering my endless questions 
- having a deep conversations with traders, they’re more open with me now  - we all want CBW to win
