What's the best API for token prices? Need maximum coverage and can ideally be queried by chain ID + token address

I think CoinGecko is the way to go

What endpoints do you use?

Not using them right this second, but used a handful of their endpoints for a block explorer type project around a year ago / didn't seem to have issues

I haven't tried it, but have you tried the DexScreener API?

I know their URL schema is essentially chain name + contract address, so maybe the endpoints are structured similarly?

Rate limits are super low (500 RPM for hundreds of dollars...), coverage is horrible (biggest issue), and they use their own chain slugs instead of chain IDs
