It's not just second-time founders who learn this, but also second-product founders within their same time. I don't think you'll ever regret pivoting to the version of your product that has better distro.

100% Even as a "first-time founder" I feel like I'm going through a constant becoming with each product we build Like a snake shedding skin, I have to constantly unlearn and relearn things to figure out what works
