Whether an “AI take-over” is dystopian hinges on the capacity of biological humans to control the timing of the transition. If it happens within the next 100 years it was a violent revolution that we lost. If it happens in 1,000 it was a natural evolution of our species.

Why 100 years? Do we actually need that long for widespread adoption of technocortex that’s an unconscious part of your thought process? And how will that be different from ”AI Takeover”?
