when you need to transfer funds to a contract that isn't payable? because the funds in this case will be forced transfered

What do you mean with "contract that isn't payable?" The contract didn't include a function to payout the funds? And thus the contract is self-destructed and the funds transferred.

Naah, he meant that the receiver contract doesn't have any payable function and you wanna force send Ether to it.
