Traders analyse volume profiles to identify areas of high activity, which often coincides with institutional interest. Key behaviours include absorption i.e (Institution absorbing retail orders) and stop loss hunts. By having a proper understanding of these patterns, traders can anticipate price reactions and align their trades with institutional moves, increasing the likelihood of success.
