Electronic Arts has released a new quarterly report, stating that in addition to Dragon Age: The Veilguard, the publisher plans to release another game by the end of March 2025 as part of a partnership agreement. According to IGN, this game could be Split Fiction from Hazelight: earlier, Yusuf Fares showed an image with the documents of the game, where EA Originals was listed as the publisher of the upcoming release. The games A Way Out and It Takes Two were previously released under this brand. Probably, the official announcement of Split Fiction will take place in November in honor of the 10th anniversary of the Hazelight studio - this was previously hinted at by the official account of the developers. Or the announcement can be made at The Game Awards 2024, which will be held in December.

Pavel Durov, the founder of the Telegram messenger and the VKontakte social network, has been detained in France. It happened at the Paris airport on the way out of his private jet. According to French media sources, the businessman is planned to be charged with several articles at once. Durov was placed in custody. It is known that they plan to charge him on several counts. Among the crimes that an entrepreneur can be accused of committing are terrorism, fraud, money laundering and distribution of pedophile content, as well as drug sales.
