Pavel Durov, the founder of the Telegram messenger and the VKontakte social network, has been detained in France. It happened at the Paris airport on the way out of his private jet. According to French media sources, the businessman is planned to be charged with several articles at once.

Durov was placed in custody. It is known that they plan to charge him on several counts. Among the crimes that an entrepreneur can be accused of committing are terrorism, fraud, money laundering and distribution of pedophile content, as well as drug sales. All these charges are related to the fact that, according to investigators, the people committing these crimes used Telegram for these purposes.
