Is this a sign to change your gym shoes?? It’s been a busy day irl but no way I’m forgetting this lol Wearing the right shoes in the gym is crucial for safety and performance. I’ll emphasize on reason NUMBER 4. Cus without proper alignment and posture, the other reasons listed won’t be possible I prefer and recommend flat shoes because they offer better stability and balance, which is essential during exercises like squats and deadlifts. Flat soles ensure your feet stay closer to the ground, helping you maintain proper form and reducing the risk of injury. For anyone serious about lifting, flat shoes are often recommended as they promote a more grounded and controlled movement.
