1/3 My idea: Only accounts ranked within, for example, the top 1,000 on the leaderboard of the "Degen" channel should be eligible for tipping. Since this leaderboard is updated weekly, the top 1,000 accounts would qualify for tipping eligibility on a weekly basis. Alternatively, the system could operate on a monthly cycle. Additionally, the allowance for individuals could be determined based on their rank within the "Degen" channel leaderboard as well as their position on the open rank leaderboard.

2/3 Users ranked above, for example, 1000 on the leaderboard should receive an allowance based on the duration and volume of their staking. However, the amount should be lower compared to the top 1000 users.

3/3 In this model, individuals would have the opportunity to compete within a week or month by creating valuable and high-quality content to earn the required points to qualify for tipping eligibility. This system could potentially incentivize the production of higher-quality content while also mitigating exploitation by "farmers" or other malicious actors.
