State of the DAOs roundtable has been the juiciest session of Metacamp so far. This should be a recurring session across each Metacamp. Many shared traumas, wins, and creative ideas centered around onboarding, values, trust-based systems, and conflict resolution. I left feeling incredible energized and appreciative.

- Establish strong value frameworks as an amendable code of ethics early for boundary creation. - Defaulting to proposal-based decisions is a mistake for younger DAOs. Delay introducing proposals to decision-making until necessary. - Individuals seek DAOs they can attach part of their identity to.
