By combining the porcelain figurines of scizors’ ‘glazure gals’ series and the glass-like plant life of eirrann’s ‘fragilis vita’ series, a new visual vernacular emerges. The fragile and transient nature of both glass and porcelain poignantly mirrors the ephemeral veil between worlds during Samhain.
