I've had 4 knee surgeries and I pulled it off, you got this, you can go at your own pace, which is likely slow if you have a camera, like me, hahahahaha

You do know this is #8 for me, right?

Still, my wife sent me the article about Lindsey Vonn getting her knee replaced and skiing 10 weeks later (and now rerunning to Olympic competition).

I’ll settle for being able to get back on the trail, and hiking some elevation climbs again!

So did you have a knee replacement?  Do you feel better if so?!

Ha ha ha… yeah, I blew out both ACLs before I turned 20, so I got an early start. 5 surgeries on the right, but two major surgeries on the left (the second was a medial meniscus repair in 2008).

That’s why I’m always hobbling when you see me at NFT NYC events. The arthritis was killing me. They’ve been telling me I’d have both knees replaced before I turned 40, so it was definitely overdue.
