The Base Bridge website doesn't list any services that circumvent the 7-day withdraw period. What are the best tools where I can instantly transfer Base ETH and receive mainnet ETH?

Pretty sure there is an AML / KYC off-ramp that essentially locks funds in escrow for seven days during the smart contract challenge period. Don’t think there’s a way to circumvent. @jessepollak am I wrong about this?

that's definitely not correct - the 7 day waiting period is a part of the fault proof mechanism. nothing to do with AML / KYC! lots of good options for instant bridging: coinbase.com, relay.link, hop.exchange and many more! https://docs.optimism.io/stack/protocol/fault-proofs/explainer
