Slack was founded in 2013 as a messaging service for the workplace — when the majority of the workforce was IRL. Outside of Slack Connect and Huddles, what unique features have they shipped since the workforce shifted to URL? Slack is misused more frequently than it is used correctly... and imo Slack is to blame.

I like their fwd emails to channel feature… PS. Slack’s not to blame = SalesForce IS!!!
