I think the challenge has been a combination of stuff - Legal: over the past 24 months there have been quite a number of celebrities that have gotten in hot water for endorsing !securities. - Regulatory: A lot of platforms have received a Wells Notice from the SEC, which some could equate to form of extortion unless you play ball. - Finance: Market leaders like OpenSea have experienced massive dilutive downs. Something on the order of 90% zero interest rate time valuation Tiger Global wrote down $350 Mil loss in open sea. - Shifting Meta: If I’m a crypto billionaire, why would I spend $250,000 on a digital asset when I could tokenize a RWA from Christie. - Words, Commitments, Outcomes: A lot of early projects made big promises and didn’t really execute very well on them. Ex. WOW

Well, actually, I think this autoglyph was bought for 250k 😁 maybe more. Maybe less. Can't see on data, is it a sale? Same for Christie's private sale, you'll never know. Celebrities got caught THANKS to real onchain culture and transparency. The NFT Art market need more buyer that "use the tool". Period.
