Don't know if it qualifies as a "gadget", but can't live without my under-desk treadmill 🙂 Been walking while working since ~2016. Had my first treadmill die on me finally within the past several months, such a quality of life downgrade that I replaced it almost immediately!

In addition to! I do still occasionally use the gym treadmill when I'm looking to crank up the speed and/or incline and break a sweat. But this is more for moving while *also* getting work done! It's best when reading or thinking imo.
