how does one acquire taste in coffee?

- filter coffee, they’re typically consumed black and are often light-medium roast vibrant/acidic beans - get coffee from places that are intentional about their beans (where they source from). if they roast their own beans, even better! - see coffee as a source of enjoyment, not just as a source of caffeine
