that's cool!! i wish my DAO receives such proposals one day it's actually the first i see this practice of someone proposing a residency for a DAO. is it common practice? did @jord apply spontaneously or was it somehow discussed and agreed beforehand?

its becoming increasingly common in nounish daos! Nouns started it first, Purple also had one. Jord’s prop is the second resident candidate for Builder. we’d been working together alongside another resident @neokry over the past few weeks + a draft was shared with the dao beforehand!
