So I’ve been trying to pick to a book every time I’d rather pick up my phone (like—cough cough—right now?!). It doesn’t always work but I’ve been able to read two book in a month by doing this. Baby steps!

Oh for sure. If the phone is around, it always wins… Nonfiction right now. Memoirs and psychology theory. But I’m partial to fiction at night. Take me away!
