Yeah, it's pretty accurate. The more time you spend in HR zone 3–4, the higher your strain will be. I mostly do weightlifting, so a strain above 9 usually means it was a good workout. I've noticed my strain can go beyond 15 when I play sports or do any aerobic exercise for an hour. I'm really happy with the tracking, and the VO₂ max is sick!
