Dumplings stuffed with leeks and pork are delicious. Leeks should be salted. It is best to mince the pork yourself. Add some dried shrimps to the stuffing. I didn’t eat dinner. I fried a few in the air fryer. They look like pan-fried dumplings. I drank a can of grapefruit ice wine.
