For lunch, I had Sukiyaki with sesame sauce and spinach for one person. I wanted to use up the last bit of beef slices. I still have some konjac, green onions, and spinach at home. So I made a quick dish~ For Sukiyaki, just add some mirin and light soy sauce. If you have the conditions, you can add some kelp sauce. You can also buy pescatarian. Then, I'll eat first.
