health/fitness update: I hit one of my goals, but I haven't been tracking as closely. I had to be in office to work this week. I tried eating healthy, but it hasn't been balanced. Consumption of coffee then big dinners is what usually happened. I'm 2 pounds under my weight target, which is good. I haven't hit this weight since I started dating my wife nearly 10 years ago. I'm still more so about gaining muscle and I haven't been able to exercise since my back/neck injury. Chiropractic therapy has helped. I'm slowly getting back into my mobilty and stretching exercises, but focus is doing it properly. I'm slowly getting back to bodyweight expercies too.
