Completely agree!  I took some time to adjust my phone usage in the last couple of years, but it’s so easy to start spending too much time on it.nnI like to:n* turn off all notifications for social apps/work appsn* have specific times/situations in while I allow myself to scrolln* eliminate the majority of time-sucking apps from phone (desktop only)
