offchain decentralisation needs to be a focus too. part of what makes the internet so special is anyone can spin up their own site, and make it look and feel how they'd like.

I mean, just take a look at DeFi, so many sites that run the same code (eg Aave/ParaSwap) but then wrap it tailored to their users. It's beautiful.
