Hardware wallets seem like a tough business to cold start. 

As a purchaser, I’d want some track record of success / some validation of legitimacy before purchasing a hardware wallet from them. What do you think?

I agree - looks like they’re in soft launch mode so they’ll work some kinks out. Some videos of someone actually using the wallet, with all various functionalities displayed, would help here too tbh.
