nobody is born gym-ready, it's all about consistency and making small steps everyday.

walking feels too slow for me too, i'd recommend you running — feels way better, you can listen to music that keeps you going, and it's the best way (next to the shower) to come up with great ideas.

go out for a run → come up with ideas → take a shower → work on those ideas.

Well… I’m not gym-ready physically, and walking feels like procrastinating with extra steps. I’d go to the pool in my building, but I’m behind on the admin fees. All excuses
