I’m sharing some tips + products I’m using to avoid painful, crusty, irritated skin.

You gave us such a great, wide array of tips! Love it! Skincare also involves hydration - seriously, bring water everywhere you go. Do not get into a car without your own water bottle, especially if you are coming in from somewhere sea-level. Most people always carry backpacks with the exterior water bottle area. You don't want leakage on your computer. Bring a carabiner to tether the bottle to your purse or person or bag, if you like. Carrying bottles gets old fast.
