I like it overall but the issue with this is that it is going to make discovery for small good accounts even harder. Here's what i would like - if a person is not being followed by me but is being followed by a lot of my mutuals then their comment should be above other 0 like comments if that comment has 0 likes

Yes this. Also they automatically collapse comments on my posts from ppl I don't follow. Maybe for @dwr.eth and ppl with tens of thousands of followers that makes sense but I like to see what ppl are replying and follow new ppl.
