A place to talk about podcasts on Farcaster.

I've never admitted this publicly but I've never listened to a podcast. I've heard snippets, saw clips, but never heard one from beginning to end. 

I've always been suspicious of them and their effect on discourse. 

Anyone else feels the same?

as someone with a love-hate relationship with podcasts, i find this WILD 

but also i suspect the # of people who actually listen to a full pod, start to end, has gone down as # of pods has gone up

I pretty much am 100% full podcasts.  I'll quit an episode if it's not my thing, and I'll quit a series if it's not my vibe twice in a row.

Mostly I listen at 1.5x but if it's important or complex, I'll go down to 1x.
