Yeah, I agree as I see it more. Initially the novelty and excuse to tip is neat, but at it's core it is as you say

I prefer the higher effort bribes

"go like this tweet because I want to bring awareness to my cause and I have tips to pay"

"go make some art"

"go touch grass"

"pics or it didn't happen"
