a lot of messages from @paybot (and @swapbot) are getting posted below the fold it's really annoying to have to be a member of every channel to solve this as people use paybot in all sorts of channels i'm not necessarily familiar with especially frames posted from paybot with the cast action (that don't have a bot command summoning paybot to reply)

If you @ mention someone, but are also below the fold, does that person still get the notification? Example: - I use paybot on a cast or a reply - paybot replies, mentioning me (and possibly who I pay) - I get notified and interact with the bot Wouldn't I *want* that to be "below the fold"? Why would anyone else care about me paying them, and if I get notified (if), seems that it might work Unless I'm missing something about A paying B being worthwhile enough for everyone to see.

i think the other person being notified depends on if they follow the @paybot account or not, so you could pay someone without them having any idea about it if it's below the fold, which is not perfect either imo
