I still don't understand why we don't have "quick service restaurants" (aka "fast food places") that give fruit, nuts, and healthy options. I'd pay extra for these things, yet it's just way more common (maybe convenient?) for a burger, fries or whatnot.

There's a fast food with healthy food in Spain and Portugal called Honest Greens, my go to place when I'm in the city, they also buy out the top spots in the city and usually larger spaces where you can also work and chill for a bit

do they have a drive-thru? My issue here isn't lack of health food choices in the states; it's lack of healthy fast food choices.

they don't and I'm not sure I know any drive-thru at all in my half of the city haha, only one KFC on the way to the airport I guess the fast food culture you're talking about is not common in europe in general
