oku.trade does this for select pairs for me, such as DEGEN/WETH on base.  Their API's create the LP at the price I care about, makes me the recipient so I can track it in rabby, and then continues to watch it (or so I assume) and then closes it when it's completely filled

Then I go in to "claim it" which gives me the tokens I wanted and I assume oku the fees from the LP position

Unless you're saying in V3 I can create an LP that auto-closes when filled.
